中国商会在民营经济发展中的作用

摘　　要：商会,作为一种中介组织,属于第三部门,其地位和作用具有不可替代性。商会可以承接一些政府做不到、做不好或不便去做的事,能办成许多单个民营企业想办而难以办成的事,对民营经济的发展起着代言、协调、自律、服务、监督、维权、整合、引导等方面的特殊作用。但由于种种原因,商会在促进民营经济发展中的作用尚未充分发挥出来,因此要转变观念和政府职能,借鉴国外的经验,加强商会立法和自身建设,以便更好地促进民营经济的发展。Chamber,a kind of intermediate organizations and the third sector,is an important composition of market economy. Its important position and role can't be replaced. Chamber can do something that government can't do, can't do well or is inconvenient to do, also it can solve some problems that single family enterprise can't do. Chamber plays special role in promoting the development of Non-state economy in the aspects of the delegation of family enterprise to express, coordinating all kinds of relationship, self-governance, service supply, supervision, defending rights and interests of family enterprises, conforming all kinds of resource and guiding investment of family enterprises, etc. But so many reasons, the role of chamber in advancing the development of Non-state economy don't completely give rein to, so it is necessary to change notions and functions of government, draw on the excellent experience from foreign countries, to make chamber law and strengthen construction of chamber so as to promote its development in the future.
