摘　　要：目前国务院国资委直接监管的中央企业资产占我国整个国有资产60％以上,对于中央企业的重组整合是我国 国有企业整体改制的一个主要方面,应从企业问的并购重组、所有制调整、国有资本的战略退出等方面抓紧推行。The committee of state-Owned assets of the State Council has directly supervised more than 60% of our state-Own assets. The regroup of centrality enterprises is a primary aspect of our state-Owned enterprises reform. We should strengthen it from such aspects as combination and regroup between enterprises , adjust of ownership system, strategically exit of state-Own assets.
