摘　　要：针对虚拟企业治理难题提出了基于信任的治理机制的概念模型。由于信任具有的决策、协调、约束和简化等功能 ,信任机制是非垂直管理体系系统特别是虚拟企业的理想治理工具 ,文章建构了多层次的虚拟企业的信任治理结构体系。This paper proposes a trust-based concept model of governance mechanism for virtual corporation. Bearing the function of decision, coordination, restriction and predigestion, trust mechanism would become an ideal governance tool of none-vertical management system for virtual corporation. This paper constructs a multi- hierarchy trust governance structure of virtual corporation.
