摘　　要：通过对湖北省民族传统体育项目巴山舞的调查研究 ,指出了巴山舞的诸多特点及其对健身意识的影响 ,并为巴山舞的推广和发展提出了建议 ,为相关决策和管理部门提供理论参考。By the way of investigating and studying on Bashan dance,a traditional folk sports program in Hubei Province,this paper points out Bashan dance's several traits and its effects on body-building sense. In addition,the authorspropose some suggestions which will contribute to the propagation and development of Bashan dance. At last,the authors hope that the study of this essay would provide referece for the relevant executive and administrative departments.
