商陆种子主要内含物的研究

摘　　要：本文以美洲商陆风干种子为材料 ,在检测基本特性———千粒重、壳仁比和含量的基础上 ,进一步测定其营养成分———脂肪、含氮物质和糖类特质 ,及主要功能成分———多糖和皂甙。结果表明 :商陆种仁与壳之比为 2∶1 ;种子中脂肪含量为 2 0 .2 7% ,可溶性糖为 3.0 6 % ,淀粉为 3.5 7% ,含氮物质为 1 .0 6 % ;多糖为 1 .70 % ,皂甙为 6 .6 5 %。Using the air-dry seed of Phytolacca Americana as testing material,under the foundation of testing about the essential characteristic of kilo-seed weight,ratio of seed capsule and nutlet,and moisture,the nutrient component of fattiness,nitrogen and saccharide,and the function component of amylase and saponin was tested.The results show that the ratio of seed capsule and nutlet is 2∶1,the fattiness of seed is 20.27%,solubl suger content is 3.06%,starch content is 3.57%,total nitrogen content is 1.06%,and the function component of saccharide is 1.70%, saponin is 6.65%.
