摘　　要：技术整合创新是企业技术创新的新范式,企业战略整合、组织变革、知识集成与企业技术整合创新形成互动,其中知识集成是技术整合创新的核心和其成功的基础。基于知识集成的企业技术整合创新体系结构以分布式网络基础环境为支持,以企业知识库、知识集成系统为中心,以不同的项目开发为对象,综合信息技术、企业专业技术、用户和合作对象的知识、知识管理技术,实现企业的技术整合创新。Technology Integration Innovation (TII) refers to a new form of corporate technology innovation, and it interacts with corporate strategic integration, organizational change and knowledge integration, among which knowledge integration is the core of TII, as well as the basis of the success of TII. Based on knowledge integration and supported by distributive network environment, the system structure of corporate TII focuses on corporate knowledge storage and knowledge integration system, deals with the development of different projects, and integrates information technology, corporate technical know-how and the knowledge of users and partners. All these work together to attain corporate TII.
