摘　　要：在日益加剧的市场竞争中 ,随着物流系统的功能价值、物流利润价值、物流经济活动价值的发现 ,企业对物流管理在企业发展战略中所占重要地位的认识越来越深刻 ,也认识到物流管理是企业提高盈利能力和竞争能力的关键所在。研究企业物流模式创新与发展亦更加迫切。Enterprises are more and more aware that the management of logistics is playing a very important role in the strategy for their development as the function value, profit value and economic activity value of the logistics have been discovered in the intensifying market competition. They are also aware that the management of logistics is the key factor for them to enhance their ability to make profit and their competitiveness. So it is urgent and important to study the innovation and development of the logistics pattern in enterprises.
