摘　　要：高等教育要主动适应并促进社会经济的发展 ,必须创建多样化的人才培养模式。在高等教育大众化背景下 ,地方工科院校可以通过通才教育与专业教育结合、课内与课外结合。Higher educational institutions must diversify their talent-training models in order to promote social economic development. Against the background of higher education popularization, the local engineering colleges may achieve the diversification by the combinations of general and professional training, of curricular and extracurricular training, and of the credit system and the academic year system.
