摘　　要：本文论述了网络环境对高校图书馆期刊工作的影响;分析了网络环境下高校图书馆期刊工作面临的机遇和挑战;提出做好网络环境下的高校图书馆期刊工作的对策。The article generally introduce the andition of a lot of library assistants.It also explans the main question and reason that confluent the work of educating library assistant another, it also gives the answer of these question in the way.
