摘　　要：随着我国高等教育逐渐从精英教育转向大众化教育,非师范类高职高专生就业难已在一定程度上成为阻碍我国高等教育大众化的一个现实问题。对非师范类高职高专生的就业进行调查与研究,并在分析的基础上提出改进就业的教育方式,坚持"特色化、个性化"原则,培养创业、敬业精神,强化就业应聘技巧等措施,为高职高专生就业提供思路。Vocational and technical students with the changing the essence-educating model into popularization-educating model in our higher education, the difficulty for the higher learning vocational and technical students of unteaching-training education to find a job has become a realistic problem hampering the popularization of our higher education. The authors investigatecl and researched the job-getting, explored the educational principle of 'characteristic and individuality', put forward some measurein encouraging and fostering the spirit of doing and dedicating to pioneering work, and strengthening the skill, of application for a job and offered train of thought in order to make the higher learing vocational and technical students in finding a job.
