摘　　要：研究了一种以Intel196MC单片机为核心控制单元的电子软起动器,利用此单片机的强大功能实现对电机软起动的高精度控制,给出该软起动器的主要工作原理和电路结构,并对软起动器触发信号的产生与软件设计进行了分析,最后通过样机试验证实运行效果良好。Here presents a kind of electronic soft starting controller based on Intel196MC. The control function of the soft starter can be more accuracy through use of this MCU. The paper gives the main working principle and the main circuit of the soft starter, analyzed the production of the triggering signal and the design of the software. Then experimental results obtained from a prototype confirm the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
