摘　　要：数字图书馆的优越性能是对传统图书馆功能的重大突破,是现阶段图书馆研究的重要课题。数字图书馆 建设要解决好协作共享网络安全等问题,并作好网络环境下知识产权的保护。Compared with a traditional library, a digital library is a breakthrough. It is also an important subject in library research. In the construction of a digital library, it is necessary to solve such problems as cooperation, how to share the resources, network security and the protection of intellectual property right under the network environment, etc.
