长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　评价长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的疗效和安全性。方法　有明确病理或细胞学诊断的 5 8例Ⅲa～Ⅳ期NSCLC患者 ,长春瑞滨 2 5mg/m2 ,第 1、8天静脉滴注 ;顺铂 4 0mg/m2 ,第 1、2、3天静脉滴注 ;同时配合水化、利尿。 2 1天为一周期 ,至少 2周期。结果　CR 1例 ,PR 2 6例 ,NC 2 4例 ,PD 7例 ,有效率为 4 6 5 5 % ;主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、白细胞下降。结论　长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期NSCLC的有效率较高 ,不良反应可以耐受。Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and toxicity of domestic vinorebine plus cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Fifty-eight cases of stage Ⅲa～Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer received Gainuo 25 mg/m2 d 1,8 and Cisplatin 40 mg/m2d1～3, q3w for 2 cycles of 21 days. Results: There was 1 complete response, 26 partial response, 24 stable of disease and 7 progressed. The overall response rate was 46.55%, and the main toxicity was leucopenia. Conclusion: Gainuo plus cisplatin is effective in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer, and the toxicity is liable to be well tolerated.
