吻合器在中低位直肠癌术中应用83例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　分析应用吻合器技术行直肠癌低位前切除 83例疗效及并发症的发生与预防。方法　回顾我院 6年期间所做的吻合器保肛手术 83例资料 ,包括病理分型、肿瘤位置、分期、年龄性别及手术方式等。结果　 83例手术后发生吻合口瘘 2例 (2 4 % ) ,吻合口狭窄 3例 (3 6 % )。结论　应用吻合器治疗中低位直肠癌 ,有效地解决了术中手法吻合常遇到的直视困难致视野不清、暴露困难之弊端 ,提供了便利快捷、吻合可靠的有利条件 ,扩大保肛手术适应证的范围 ,减少并发症的发生。Objective: To evaluate the value of stapling techniques in lower auterior resection for carcinoma of rectum. Methods: Eighty-three cases of rectal cancer treated by lower anterior resection with stapler from Jan.1998 to Dec.2003 were reviewed. Results: There were 2 cases of postoperative anastomotic leakage and 3 cases of anastomotic stenosis occurred in all the 83 cases. Conclusion: Stapling techniques in the treatment for carcinoma of lower auterior rectum overcome the difficulty with the blurred view-field in artificial resection. It has the advantages of being efficient, convenient and reliable, and can be applied to more similar operations and reduce the complications.
