摘　　要：目的 :为带蒂大收肌移植修复肛门外括约肌提供解剖学资料。方法 :观测了 5 0例成人大收肌前上方的肌门 ,肌门至相应手术有关的四点距离 ,及其供应血管的外径。结果 :此肌肌体宽厚 ,肌门明确 ,血供丰富。结论Objective: To provide anatomical data for transplanting adductor magnus flap and repairing sphincter ani external. Methods: The anter superior porta muscle of adductor magnus from sphincter ani external to 4 points and their supply arteries were measured in 50 humans. Results: Our results revealed that adductor magnus belly was broad and thick, porta muscle was clear, blood vessels was ampler. Conclusion: adductor magnus flap may be a good material for transplant ation.
