用畜禽粪便生产无公害有机肥质量控制的研究

摘　　要：以鸡粪为畜禽粪便的代表性原料与辅料混合,控制m(C)∶m(N)=(25～35)∶1,含水率为55%～60%,添加菌剂的质量分数为0.3%～0.5%。采用2阶段有机肥发酵工艺:前发酵阶段为好氧发酵,50～60℃维持7～8d;后发酵阶段为厌氧发酵,25～45℃维持15～20d。转变成的无公害优质有机肥,达到了《粪便无害化卫生标准》(GB7959-87)。The chicken night soil as the representive raw material of cattle and poultry night soil is mixed with auxiliary raw material with m(C)∶m(N)=(25～35)∶1,water content 55%～60%,and leavon 0.3%～0.5%.The two-step organic manure fementation pracess: the earlier stage fermentation is aerobic fermentation,at 50～60 ℃ 7～8 d;the second stage fermentaion is anaerobic,at 25～45 ℃,15～20 d thus turning into the non-hazardows fine orgonic manure and attaining GB7959-87.
