摘　　要：目的 :探讨细胞分化抗原CD117在各型白血病中的表达情况及意义。方法 :采用三色流式细胞术 ,CD45 /SSC双参数散点图设门方法 ,对 15 9例白血病患者骨髓或外周血白血病细胞免疫分型及CD117表达进行分析。结果 :急性髓系白血病患者表达率为 5 4% ,各型急性白血病M0 /M1 ( 75 % )、M4 /M5( 62 % )、M6 ( 10 0 % )、在M3中CD117表达较低为 14 %。慢性髓细胞白血病慢性期CD117为表现性 ,加速期、急变期患者CD117阳性细胞 >10 % ,急淋、慢淋CD117均为阴性 ,在双表型白血病中CD117亦达 5 0 %。结论 :CD117有助于淋巴系和髓系白血病的鉴别 ,同时在AML中CD117的表达与CD3Objective:To explore the expression of CD117 on different types of leukemia cells and it's significance.Methods:Immunological classification and CD117 expression of BM or PB leukemia cells from 159 leukemia patients were analysed by three-color flow cytometry with CD45/SSC gating strategy.Results:CD117 was expressed in 54% of acute myeloid leukemia(AML),cases in AML,CD117 was expressed in 75% of M0/M1,85% of M2,62% of M4/M5 and 100% of M6,but was less expressed in M3(14%).All of the patients with chronic,myeloid leukemia(CML) in chronic phase were CD117 the negative,but CD117 was >10% in most of CML patients in accelerating or myeloid blastic crisis.All of the patients with acute or chronic lymphocytic leukemia were CD117 the negative.Conclusions:The expression of CD117 play a role in distinguishing myeloid from lymphoid leukemia and correlate with CD34 in AML.
