摘  要:目的 :探讨炎性牙髓组织中LEK与BK的关系。方法 :建立大鼠牙髓炎模型 ,测定其牙髓组织中LEK与BK的含量。同时 ,采用生化法于体外将热处理的大白鼠血浆和胰蛋白酶及不同浓度的吗啡 ,LEK等阿片样物质共同孵化后测定BK值。结果 :1)大鼠牙髓炎模型建立 1、6、2 4h后 ,LEK及BK含量均有显著性增加 ,72h后向正常水平恢复。且二者呈显著正相关。2 )对大鼠血浆激肽原在胰蛋白酶作用下生成BK ,吗啡与LEK具有明显的抑制作用 ,且具有浓度依赖性。结论 :在炎性牙髓组织中BK对LEK的产生和释放起到调节作用 。Objective: To study the possible relationship between LEK and BK induced by Pulpitis. Methods: The contents of LEK and BK was measured after the crown was eradicated at the neck of incisor of rat to expose the pulp,respectively, the contents of BK was measured after plasma of rat, trypsin and opiate-like substance such as morphine and LEK in different dose were incubated in vitro. Results: 1)The contents of LEK and BK increased significantly at the end of 1h,6h,24h and returned to nomal at 72h after the pulp was exposed,A significant positive correlation existed between LEK and BK concentrations. 2)The production of BK from plasma kininogens by digestion with trypsin was inhibited dose-dependently by Morphine and LEK in rat. Conclusion: BK played a regulatory role in the production and release of LEK and LEK played an analagesic role by inhabiting the production of BK in a mode of negative feedback mechanism induced by pulpitis.
