摘　　要：目的　探讨牙齿根管治疗期间疼痛的原因和对策。方法　对 39例患者的 4 1颗因牙髓炎而进行根管治疗的牙齿进行临床观察。结果　根管内封入消毒药物甲醛 (FC)可导致期间痛 ,改用氢氧化钙牙胶尖则可解除。结论　根管内封具有挥发性药物FC可以引起根管治疗期间疼痛。Objective To study and cure the pain during endodontic interappointment treatment.Methods 41 teeth from 39 patients who had pain during endodontic treatment were evaluated. Results After temporary canal filling, the pain of endodontic interappointment caused by filling material FC could significantly reduce by filling a mixture of calcium hydroxide. Conclusion FC would induce pain during endodontic interappointment treatment.
