口腔颌面部骨折微型钛板坚固内固定的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　临床观察应用微型钛板作骨内坚固内固定后骨折愈合情况。方法　根据自 1997— 2 0 0 2年收治的 36 0例口腔颌面骨折 (下颌骨骨折 15 2例 ;上颌骨骨折 6 8例 ;上下颌骨联合骨折 14 0 ,其中伴有颧骨颧弓骨折 6 1例 )进行微型钛板或小型钛板作骨内坚固内固定术。结果　多数病例能达到一期愈合 ,仅 2 2例伴有并发症。结论　钛板骨内坚固内固定具有良好的效果 ,术后面颌畸形得以改善 ,咬合功能恢复。Objective To observe the clinical practice of titanium microplate osteosynthesis in maxillofacial fractures. Methods 360 patients of maxillofacial fractures from 1997 to 2002 were treated with titanium microplate or miniplate osteosynthesis, 152 cases of which were mandibular fractures, 68 of maxillary fractures and l40 of both mandibular and maxillary fractures including 61 of Zygoma and Zygomatic arch fractures. Results Most of the cases were healed. Only 22 cases had complications. Conclusion The titanium plate osteosynthesis would bring about good effects. lt would reduce facial malformation and regain normal occlusion after operations.
