摘  要:在产品检测过程中 ,物体形状信息的获得至关重要。本文将平行轴双目视觉测量原理应用于获取物体的形状信息 ,并将该方法用于对集中式分布的物体进行测量 ;在三坐标测量仪上验证了该方法的可行性 ;通过对测量数据进行分析 。It is very important to obtain the information of product's dimensions during the inspection procedures. The method of binocular vision measurement principle was used to obtain the shaped size information of the objects and with the method the centralized distributing products were measured. The three-coordinate measuring machine had used to prove the feasibility of the method. The measured data had been analyzed and the influencing factors of data error distributing are found.
