摘　　要：随着我国网络经济快速务实发展,网络对传统企业组织冲击,网络型组织是企业组织的创新,它能适应网络经济环境变化,增强企业竞争力,提高经济效益。而通过对企业分权改造,管理流程整合,"虚""实"组织结合途径,实现传统企业组织向网络型组织转变。Along with the rapid development of the network economy in our country, the network economy impacts on the traditional business enterprises. The network business enterprises, adapt to the request of the network economy, strengthens the competition ability, and increases the economic performances. It is necessary to reform traditional business enterprises, to adjust the operation and strategies of business enterprises, to integrate the operating process, to set up the framework of organization of the truth or falsity combination, to capitalize intellect resources and to increase business enterprise study and creation ability.
