摘　　要：目的　观察自体角膜缘移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法　对 10例 (10眼 )复发性翼状胬肉患者施行患眼健侧带结膜的自体角膜缘移植术。结果　随访 6～ 12个月 ,10例患者角膜移植片均透明光滑 ,愈合良好 ,无一例复发。结论　自体角膜缘移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉有效、安全、简便。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of limbus corneae autografting on recurrent pterygium.Methods Limbus corneae autografting were performed on 10 cases (10 eyes) with recurrent pterygium.Results After being followed up for 6 to 12 months, the implants of all cases were lucency and smooth and the concrescence was good. No recurrent pterygium happened.Conclusion limbus corneae autografting is a effective, safe, simple and convenient therapeutics for recurrent pterygium.
