摘  要:目的 评价扇贝多肽对6 0 Coγ射线诱导的胸腺细胞凋亡的作用。方法 昆明小鼠胸腺细胞6 0 Coγ射线 3Gy照射 ,吸收剂量率 0 6Gy/min。实验分空白对照组 ,模型组 ,扇贝多肽不同浓度 ( 0 5 ,0 2 5和 0 12 5mg/ml)预处理为实验组 ,通过受照细胞形态、生化、DNA和相关酶变化来进行评价。结果 经扇贝多肽预处理的实验组细胞有较低的细胞毒性 ,细胞凋亡受到抑制 ,细胞脂质过氧化 (MDA)水平有所降低而超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性可以维持在正常水平。结论 扇贝多肽对6Objective To evaluate the effect of polypeptide from Chlamys farreri (PCF) on apoptosis of thymocytes induced by 60 Co γ-ray irradiation. Methods Thymocytes of KM mice were subjected to 3 Gy γ-ray irradiation with a dose rate of 0^6 Gy/min.Cells cultured in medium alone were of control groups and those irradiated by 60 Co γ-rays were of model groups,and those pretreated with PCF at various concentrations (0 5,0 25,0 125 mg/ml) were of treatment groups.Changes of morphology,DNA ladder,nucleic acid and enzyme were observed. Results The cytotoxicity was lower in groups pretreated with PCF and apoptosis of the cells in these groups was inhibited.The level of MDA,a marker of lipid peroxidation,was down-regulated and the activity of SOD in the group treated with 0 5 mg/ml PCF was maintained in the normal level. Conclusion PCF has radioprotective effect on KM mice thymocytes damaged by 60 Co γ-ray irradiation.
