摘　　要：通过数学模拟和实际测试的结果对照 ,分析了多层喷射沉积制备双金属过程中一些沉积过程的规律问题 ,在此基础上提出了多层喷射沉积优化工艺参数的主要依据。Some regularity in the deposition process of a bimetal produced by multi-layer spray deposition were analyzed through mathematic simulation and testing. The simulative deposition trail and temperature distribution fit in with the tested result. The optimized processing parameters can be found on the basis of the mathematic simulation.
