摘　　要：对我国城镇职工医疗保险制度的改革历程及现行体制进行实证研究和分析,总结经验及教训,为进一步推进我国城镇职工医疗保险制度的改革提出建议:一是新旧体制的关系问题;二是配套改革的问题;三是财务上不可持续的问题;四是终极目标的问题。This text carries out the positive research and analyses the reform process and current system of urban workers' medical insurance system of our country.In order to further the reform of the urban workers' medical insurance system of our country,the author puts forward some suggestions:First, the relation of the new and old systems; Second, the measures of coordinate reform; Third, unsustainable affairs in financ; Fourth,the ultimate goal.
