摘　　要：目的　评价CT引导下穿刺活检涂片细胞学对骨肿瘤诊断的意义和价值。方法　 5 7例临床疑为骨肿瘤患者采取穿刺活检送病理检查的同时 ,做细胞涂片 ,分别进行组织学和细胞学观察。结果　细胞学检查总准确性 80 7% ,敏感性和特异性分别为 80 0 %和 10 0 % ,无假阳性。结论　骨穿刺细胞涂片方法快速 ,经济实用 。Purpose To evaluate the usefulness in diagnosis of bone tumors by cytologic examination of biopsy under CT-guided. Methods Biopsy was performed on 57 patients with suspectable bone lessions under CT-guided. The tissue was examined by histopathology and cytology simulataneously. Results The rates of accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of cytologic examination were 80.7%, 80.0% and 100% respectively, no false positive. Conclusion The cytologic diagnoisis of bone tumors is a desirable diagnostic methods. It has many advantages, ie, high-speed, safety, economicy and accuracy.
