中国临床试验报告荟萃分析的质量

摘　　要：目的 :对目前国内随机对照临床试验报告荟萃分析的质量进行评价 ,找出问题所在 ,提高研究质量。 方法 :以检索到的国内 4 5项随机对照试验的荟萃分析报告为样本 ,以Sacks等提出的荟萃分析质量评价方法中的 6个方面的 2 3个项目作为评价标准。 结果 :对在此次质量评价中考虑的 6个方面的所有 2 3个项目 ,有 10个项目远远达不到标准 ,其中 9个项目只有不到半数的研究进行了强调。 结论 :应对荟萃分析方法的应用加以规范 ,以保证分析结论的正确性。Objective: To assess the quality of meta-analyses of randomized-controlled clinical trial reports in China and to find out the existing problems in order to improve the quality of the studies. Methods: The samples were 45 reports of meta-analyses of randomized-controlled clinical trials in China. The appraising standards were 23 items in 6 aspects related to the quality assessment method of meta-analyses proposed by Sacks. Results: Of all 23 items in 6 aspects related to this quality assessment, 10 items of these reports were much far below the standards. The number of studies addressing the items was less than half of the total studies. Conclusion: The application of meta-analysis should be standardized, so as to avoid abuse.
