混合型高脂血症患者脂蛋白脂酶基因第6外显子突变的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究混合型高脂血症 (CHL)患者脂蛋白脂酶 (LPL)第 6外显子变异情况。方法　应用DNA单链构象多态性 (PCR -SSCP)分析方法对广东地区 2 88例混合型高脂血症患者及 10 8例正常人脂蛋白脂酶基因的第6外显子进行了研究 ,检测该区域是否存在突变。结果　两组在第 6外显子区域均未发现电泳行为异常的条带。结论　此区域的遗传缺陷可能不是研究人群混合型高脂血症的主要原因。Objective To study the gene variation of the 6 th exon of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) in mixed hyperlipidemia(CHL) in Chinese. Methods PCR-SSCP was used to examine the 6 th exon of lipoproptein lipase in 288 CHL patients and 108 normal coutrols in Guangdong. Results No mutation was found in all samples. Conclusion The mutation in the 6 th exon is rare. It is probably not the main cause of mixed hyperlipidermia in this population.
