摘　　要：目的　总结保留肾脏手术治疗肾癌的经验。方法　对 15例肾癌患者施行保留肾脏的手术治疗 ,其中楔形切除 8例 ,上下极肾部分切除 7例。结果　术后出现切口漏尿 1例 ,经保守治愈。无其他并发症 ;随访 3～4 8个月 ,无肿瘤复发或转移 ,全部患者总肾功能正常。结论　保留肾脏的肾癌手术对局限性肾癌疗效确切 ,可达根治术相同效果。Objective To report our experience of renal-sparing surgery for renal cell carcinoma. Methods Fifteen patients with localized renal cell carcinoma were treated with renal-sparing surgery. Polar partial nephrectomies were performed in 7 cases and wedge resection was performed in 8 cases. Results There was no postoperative complication except one case with urinary leakage which was cured conservatively. The patients have been followed up for 3～48 months, with normal renal function. There was no local recurrence or metastasis.Conclusion Renal-sparing surgery provides effective therapy for patients with localized renal cell carcinoma. The clinical outcome is similar to radical nephrectomy.
