摘　　要：从文化能力概念的发展 ,提出文化能力与人文素质之间具有理论基础及内涵的一致性 ,体现了人文关怀 。from the development of the conceptions of cultural competence, it put forward that there was the theoretical foundation and connotation accordance between cultural competence and humanity-cultural quality. It incarnates the humanity care. It is indispensable to establish an evaluation method suits to cultural competence theory of nurses in China.
