摘 要:[目的 ]了解三腔二囊管压迫止血术护理多媒体课件的使用效果。 [方法 ]选取 2 0 0 2级高护生 ,讲授三腔二囊管压迫止血护理时 ,1班采用制作的多媒体课件 ,2班按传统讲授方法讲解 ,分析授课效果。 [结果 ] 1班平均成绩显著高于 2班 (P <0 .0 1) ,大多数学生对多媒体教学方法的评价较高。 [结论 ]三腔二囊管压迫止血术护理多媒体课件的应用 ,丰富了护理教学手段 ,促进了教学方法的改进 。Objective: to know the teaching effect of multimedia courseware on nursing care of compression hemostasis via using three-channel double-balloon catheter. Method: higher nursing school students of 2002 grade were selected as subjects, and students of class 1 were given lecture about compression hemostasis via using three-channel double-balloon catheter via multimedia courseware. While students of class 2 were given lecture in traditional way. Teaching effect of the two classes were analyzed. Result: average score of students in class 1 was higher than that in class 2. Most students thought high on multimedia teaching method. Conclusion: applying of multimedia courseware on nursing care of compression hemostasis via using three-channel double-balloon catheter have enriched the ways of nursing education. It has also promoted the improvements of teaching methods and raised the quality of both teaching and learning.
