非语言沟通在口腔疾患病人中的运用研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨运用沟通理论模式与因口腔疾患而暂时性失语患者的沟通方式。方法 :将我院 4 0例口腔疾患病人分成两组 ,对实验组采用术前适应行为训练 ,术后应用图片、文字、姿体语言等与病人沟通。结果 :实验组患者在心理、生理上的需求得到满足 ,两组病人在沟通满意度上差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :运用非语言沟通形式可增进护患双方理解 ,克服沟通障碍 ,促进患者康复 。Objective To discuss the communicating ways using communication theory mode in patients of transient alogia due to nonnasality illness. Methods Of 40 patients with nonnasality illness were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was adopted behavior training before operation, and communicated with pictures, characters and gesture language post-operatively. performing total knee arthoplasty were observed and analyzed postoperatively the nursing issues, measurement and effectiveness. Results The patients were satisfied in mentality health and physiological demand. The satisfaction degree of two group was distinguish difference. Conclusion The non-languae communication ways could improve comprehension between patients and nursing, would conquer communication obstacle, accelerate rehabilitation and behave human care spirit.
