摘 要:目的:研究稳态白噪声对听力的影响及其机制。方法:利用听觉诱发电位技术,采用双耳分别负荷不同强度单周正弦波铃声和稳态白噪声(soundpressurelevel,SPL)的方法,观察不同强度稳态白噪声对不同强度铃声诱发的听觉脑干电反应(auditorybrainstemresponses,ABR)振幅的影响。结果:40dB稳态白噪声可使0dBSPL(阈刺激)铃声诱发的ABR各波振幅减小,各波振幅比的均值均小于1;但对40,70,75dBSPL铃声诱发的ABR各波振幅几乎无影响,各波振幅比的均值均接近1。证明40dBSPL稳态白噪声仅对猫ABR阈值有干扰作用。75dBSPL稳态白噪声对0,40,70dBSPL和75dBSPL铃声诱发的听觉脑干电反应有不同程度的减小,各波振幅比的均值均小于1。结论:利用听觉诱发电位技术可清晰地观察到不同强度稳态白噪声对0~75dBSPL铃声诱发的听觉脑干电反应振幅的影响,噪声对听力的干扰作用及其影响程度与强度相关。AIM:To explore the effect of steady white noise on auditory ability and its mechanism. METHODS:With the application of the evoked potential technology and the introduction of different intensity click and the sound pressure level(SPL) of the steady white noise on the two respective ears,the effects of steady white noise at different intensity on the amplitudes of evoked auditory brainstem responses(ABR) by the click at different intensity were observed. RESULTS:ABR amplitudes of all the waves evoked by 0 dB SPL(threshold stimulation)click were reduced by 40 dB SPL steady white noise,the average ratio of each wave amplitude to the non stimulated wave amplitude was below 1;but there was nearly no effect on the ABR amplitudes evoked by 40 dB SPL,70 dB SPL,75 dB SPL click and the average ratio of each wave amplitude to the non stimulated wave amplitude was close to 1.Thus it proved that 40 dB SPL steady white noise only had disturbance effect on cats′ABR threshold.But the ABR evoked by 0,40,70,and 75 dB SPL click was reduced at different degrees by 75 dB SPL steady white noise and the average ratio of each wave amplitude to the non stimulated wave amplitude was below 1. CONCLUSION:With the application of the evoked potentials technology,the effect of steady white noise at different intensity on the ABR amplitude evoked by 0-75 dB SPL click can be observed evidently.The disturbance effect of noise on auditory ability and its degree are relevant to the intensity.
