摘 要:目的:建立小鼠急性铝中毒模型并观察L-苹果酸对记忆功能及脑组织形态的保护作用。方法:采用脑室注射氯化铝(AlCl3)的方法造成小鼠急性铝中毒模型,学习记忆功能的检测采用跳台法,病理切片检查海马组织的损伤。结果:与对照组(0.50±0.92)次相比,模型组小鼠跳台训练的错误次数(6.50±7.76)次明显增加(t=2.979,P<0.05),海马组织有大量的神经元细胞发生水变性,核固缩,并可见神经元的坏死和噬神经细胞现象,呈筛孔状。与模型组(6.50±7.76)次比较;L-苹果酸低剂量组错误次数(1.25±2.09)次明显减少(t=2.266,P<0.05),海马组织多见正常神经元。结论:小鼠脑室注射AlCl3可造成明显的记忆功能损害及海马组织的神经元损伤;而L-苹果酸对急性铝中毒小鼠脑组织形态及记忆功能均有明显的保护作用。AIM:To develop a model of acute aluminum poisoned rat and investigate the effects of L malate for the protection of memory function and cerebral morphology. METHODS:The acute aluminum poisoned model was made by injection of AlCl3 into cerebral ventricle, and learning and memory function was detected by step down test,and pathological sections were prepared for testing hippocampal injuries. RESULTS:Compared with the control group(0.50±0.92),the number of errors in the model group(6.50±7.76) increased( t=2.979,P< 0.05).Many neur cells had hydrodegeneration seahorse constitution of hippocampus and karyopyknosis, and necrosis of neur and phagocytosis cells were seen in screen mes.Compared with model group,the number of errors in the group of low dose L malate was significantly decreased(model group 6.50±7.76;low dose L malate group (1.25±2.09,t=2.266,P< 0.05) and many normal neurs were seen in hippocampus. CONCLUSION:Injection of AlCl3 significantly induces memory impairment and neuron injury of rats'hippocampus,and L malate of low dose plays a remarkable role in protecting the memory function and cerebral histomorphology of rats with acute aluminum poisoning.
