摘　　要：目的　探讨激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效及时机。方法　分析 93例 (98只眼 )视网膜静脉阻塞患者不同病程、不同类型光凝前后视力情况。结果　 BRVO视力预后好于 CRVO,病程 1～ 3个月光凝患者视力预后好于 4个月以上者。结论　对于 RVO患者早期光凝有利于视力恢复。DF-Objective To discuss the clinical effects of DF-ND:YAG laser photocoagulation treatment for retinal vein occlusion.Methods Retinal photocoagulation was performed on 93 cases (98 eyes) of retinal vein occulsion with DF-ND:YAG laser.The first round of examination about FFA,visual acuity and fundus conditions were carried out 3 months later,The regular follow up lasted 2 years.Results In 93 cases,visual acuity improved in 65.15%.The effective rate of treatment about retinal vein occlusion and macular edema after retinal photocoagulation in branch retinal vein occlusion was significantly higher than that in central retinal vein occlusion(P<0.05).The visual acuity at 1～3 months after retinal photocoagulation was better than that at longer than 3 months.Conclusion The effect of DF-ND:YAG laser photocoagulation treatment on patients with retinal vein occlusion is relatively satisfactory.
