广泛视网膜冷凝联合小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　评价广泛视网膜冷凝联合丝裂霉素 C浸润、小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床效果。方法　采用广泛视网膜冷凝联合丝裂霉素 C浸润、小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼 35例 (35只眼 )。结果　术后6月 ,33只眼 1次手术眼压控制 ,2只眼 2次手术眼压控制。 35只眼虹膜及小梁新生血管消退。 12只眼术后视力提高 2行。结论　广泛视网膜冷凝联合丝裂霉素 C浸润、小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼可以有效控制眼压 。Objecitve To evaluate the clinical effects of panretinal-cryocoagulaton combined with mitomycin C infiltrate and trabeculectomy.Results Intraocular pressures in 35 cases were controlled within normal limits postoperatively after following 6months.12 eyes got their visual acuity improved.Conclusions Application of panretinal cryocoagulation and mitomycin C infiltrate in trabeculectomy may be an effective method to control the complex glaucoma'pressures and save the eyeball shape for the visual function lose successfully.
