摘　　要：目的 :探讨人外周血单个核细胞端粒酶反转录酶 (hTERT)基因的表达水平对于非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)诊断的意义。方法 :采用RT PCR定量检测 11例NHL患者及 10例健康人外周血单个核细胞的hTERT的表达水平。结果 :NHL及健康人的hTERTmRNA的水平分别为 0 92 47±0 115 5 ,0 5 466± 0 0 982。两者比较差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 0 1。结论 :定量测定NHL患者的hTERTmRNA的表达水平是NHL诊断的有效方法。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the diagnostic meaning of the human tolomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) gene expression level in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma(NHL) patients. METHODS:The expression level of hTERT were detected in 11 NHL patients and 10 normal humans by the quantitative measurement with RT-PCR.RESULTS: The expression level of hTERT mRNA in NHL ( 0.924 7± 0.115 5 ) was significantly different from those in the health ( 0.546 6± 0.098 2 ).CONCLUSIONS: It is an effective method in NHL diagnosis to quantitatively measure the expression levels of hTERT mRNA with RT-PCR.
