轻中度上颌发育不足骨性安氏Ⅲ类错的矫治

摘　　要：目的　评价应用固定矫治技术垂直开大曲复合牙合垫在轻至中度上颌发育不足骨性安氏Ⅲ类错牙合伴上前牙区拥挤矫治的可行性。方法　应用上述方法对 2 5例处于生长发育期 ,诊断为轻至中度上颌发育不足为主伴前牙萌出间隙不足骨性安氏Ⅲ类错牙合患者进行矫治。结果　经过 6.8～ 12 .6个月 ,平均 9个月的治疗后 ,2 5例患者的磨牙关系均达到安氏Ι类 ,侧貌改善 ,阻生萌出间隙不足的前牙均能顺利萌出或经牵引至正常牙列位置 ,前后牙覆牙合覆盖关系正常。结论　固定矫治技术垂直开大曲复合牙合垫能有效矫正轻中度上颌发育不足伴发前牙区萌出间隙不足骨性安氏Ⅲ类错牙合。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of fixed correction technique (vertical open large flexure overbiting occlusal pad) in treatment of slight～moderate degrees maxillary maldevelopment bony Angle Class Ⅲ malocclusion associated with front tooth crowding. Methods 25 growing patients with bony Angle Ⅲ malocclusion (slight～moderate maxillary maldevelopment associated with front tooth crowding) were given the above mentioned therapy. Results After 6.8～12.6 months (mean 9 months) treatment,the motar teeth relation in 25 patients can be corrected to Angle class Ⅰ,the lateral profile improved. The front teeth can be smoothly erupted or tracted to the normal dentition position. The front and back teeth can be overbited and overlaid normaly. Conclusion Fixed correction technique (vertical open large flexure combined with occlusion pad can effectively correct slight～moderate degrees maxillary maldevelopment with front tooth crowding bony Angle Ⅲ malocclusion.
