中西医结合治疗84例混合性焦虑和抑郁障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗混合性焦虑和抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法:84例混合性焦虑和抑郁障碍患者随机分为中西医结 合组(中西组)42例和抗焦虑抑郁药物组(西药组)42例。治疗前后观察两组疗效及HAMA因子分的变化。结果:中西组疗效优于西药组(P <0.05),HAMA因子均分表明对精神焦虑的治疗优于躯体焦虑的治疗(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗混合性焦虑和抑郁障碍疗效好,对 精神焦虑有显著疗效。Objective:To observe clinical effect of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine of mixed anxiety and depression disorder.Methods:84cases of mixed anxiety and depression disorder were randomly divided into combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine group(42cases),antianxietic and antidepressant group(western medicine group,42cases).The therapeutic effects and the changes of HAMA factor average grade were observed before and after treatment.Results:The therapeuˉtic effect of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine had advantage over western medicine group.HAMA factor averˉage grade shown that treatment of mind anxiety superior to one of body anxiety.Conclusions:The treatment of combination of Chiˉnese traditional and western medicine on mixed anxiety and depression disorder is better and has notable effect on mixed anxiety.
