摘　　要：本文运用马尔柯夫链的理论和方法 ,研究了教学质量的评估问题 。The paper studies the appraise standard of a teacher in charge of a class and the evaluation method of Markov chain of which the theoretical basis is illustrated. It explains the method's characteristic with example. The paper indicates that it is an appropriate method compared with some other evaluation methods.
