摘　　要：以德行政是用合乎社会主义道德标准的政治来管理国家公共事务 ,它对于以德治国和社会主义文明进步具有重要的现实意义。必须推进行政体制改革 ,建立以德行政与依法行政有机结合的互动机制 ,加快以德行政的思想道德建设 。Administering with morality means using the politics that is in accordance with socialist moral standard to govern national public affairs, and is of important realistic significance to the governing a country with morality and socialist civilization progress. Therefore, political system reform must be promoted, interactive mechanism which combines administering with morality and administering according to the laws must be established, and the ideological morality construction of administering with morality must be speeded, so that administering with morality can be realized.
