摘　　要：科学的教育发展观是科学发展观在教育上的体现 ,是关于教育发展的本质、目的、内涵与要求的总体看法和根本观点。坚持科学的教育发展观 ,必须树立以人为本的教育思想 ,必须全面、协调、持续发展 ,必须全面推进教育创新 ,必须正确把握教育发展的战略机遇期 ,必须处理好改革 ,发展 ,稳定的关系。The scientific education development concept embodies the scientific development concept in education,and it is the general and essential view on the nature,goal,connotation and demand of education development.In order to adhere to the concept,we should center on people,and devote ourselves to the all-round,coordinated and sustainable growth.We should make innovations in education,seize the strategic opportunity,and handle the reform,development and stability properly.
