摘　　要：为了适应 2l世纪图书馆事业的发展 ,图书馆员的继续教育必须加强。本文对我国图书馆员继续教育的现状与不足、继续教育的内容进行了论述 ,阐述了继续教育的原则 。In order to get adapted to the development of the library undertakings in the 2lst century,the continued education of the library staff must be strengthened The paper has expounded on the current situation and shortcomings in the continued education of librarians in China,described the principle of continued education,and put forward measures of strengthening continued education for librarians in China
