摘　　要：煤矿企业信息化建设中存在着低档次的重复建设 ,而且没有一个开放的企业信息化平台 ,许多应用软件不能使用。提出在煤矿企业信息化建设的过程中应当注意的几个问题 ,加以探讨。It exists repetitive and low level building in constructing informational mine, and there is not a open floor about information of undertaking. Thus it makes many internet applications not to be used. Several attentive questions in constructing informational mine are put forward and discussed in the article.
