蜂蜜冷冻保存自体颅骨回植的实验及应用

摘　　要：目的探讨人自体颅骨离体保存回植修复颅骨缺损的新方法。方法采用蜂蜜或75%酒精分别浸泡冷冻离体颅骨后3,6,12及18个月对照观察颅骨组织形态及基质结构,并对53例病人56块颅骨蜂蜜冷冻后原位回植,术后随访观察及头颅X线追踪检查。结果蜂蜜实验组颅骨有成活骨细胞,酒精组骨细胞全部死亡。临床应用蜂蜜保存颅骨原位回植均获成功,颅骨瓣复位良好,能达到骨性愈合。结论蜂蜜冷冻保存自体颅骨原位回植方法安全、简便,颅骨成形效果好。Objective: To explore the new way of skull plasty with human skull removed from patients′ bodies. Methods: Isolated skull were cryopreserved with honey or 75% alcohol, after 3, 6, 12 and 18 months observation of their formation and matrix structure, 56 pieces of isolated honey cryopreservation skull were replanted in-situ among 53 patients, all cases received clinical and X-ray follow up. Results: Osteocytes survival can be seen in honey group but not found in alcohol group. All patients acquired osteal cure and satisfied shape after skull plasty in honey group. Conclusion: Honey cryopreservation autogenous skull replantation in-situ is a safe, simple, effective way of skull plasty.
