摘　　要：本文在对同态与模糊代数不加任何限制的情况下,证明了模糊代数的同态象仍是模糊代数。改正了文[1]的错误,推广了文[1]的有关结果。In this paper we have proved, without any restriction, that homomorphic Images of fuzzy algebras form are fuzzy algebras. This proposition and its proof show that Theorem 3. 3 in [1] and the proof of first of it are incorrect.
