摘　　要：　通过分析当前高校学生工作所面临的各种新课题和挑战,提出新时期高校学生工作要"转变观念,以人为本,重视学生全面素质构建"的新思路,以促进当前高校学生思想政治工作的改革与发展。The article analyses various new tasks and challenges faced by present colleges and universities in dealing with student's affairs, and puts forward a new idea of changing modes of thoughts, putting people first and emphasizing student's all-round development, which is to promote the reform and development of student's ideological and political work.
