摘　　要：目的　探讨外伤性白内障伴有小瞳孔及虹膜前或后粘连者行超声乳化吸出及人工晶状体植入手术方法及技巧。方法　对 3 0例 ( 3 2眼 )外伤引起的陈旧性虹膜前、后粘连及小瞳孔白内障行超声乳化吸出及人工晶状体植入术 ,术中利用虹膜拉钩 ,行前囊连续环形撕囊和拦截劈裂法乳化晶状体核 ,通过 4～ 5mm大小的瞳孔完成手术。结果　所有病例视力有不同程度提高 ,获得生理性圆形或近圆形瞳孔。无一例后囊破裂 ,无一例角膜内皮失代偿。结论　采用合理的手术技巧和器械治疗外伤引起的小瞳孔白内障手术 ,可以获得良好的临床效果。Objective To explore surgical techniques of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in traumatic microcoria cataract.Methods Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation was performed on 30 cases (32 eyes) of traumatic microcoria cataract through a pupil of 4-5mm in diameter using iris hook,then CCC and modified stopping and chopping technique to emulsify the nucleus.Results In all eyes,vision improved to different degrees and a physiological round or near-round pupil was acquired.No posterior capsular rupture and corneal decompensation.Conclusion Traumatic microcoria cataract can achieved better clinical effects by using reasonable surgical techniques and instruments.
