后巩膜加固术疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察后巩膜加固术治疗高度近视的效果。方法　对 3 6例 ( 60眼 )高度近视后巩膜加固术随访 2～ 5年 ,平均 2 5年。结果　 3 3眼提高了裸眼视力 ,40眼提高了矫正视力 ,5 0眼屈光度未再发展。结论　后巩膜加固术可增强眼球后部球壁的抵抗力 ,防止眼轴向后延伸 ,有稳定屈光度远期效果。是目前阻止高度近视发展唯一有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of posterior scleral reinforcement for high myopia.Methods 60 eyes(36 cases) had accepted the posterior scleral reinforcement surgery.All the cases had been followed up for 2-5 years,the mean was 2.5 years.Results 33 eyes had improved naked vision,40 eyes had improved corrected vision.The diopter of 50 eyes had no development.Conclusion The posterior scleral reinforcement surgery is an effective method for high myopia.
